Each job awards a set number of tickets shown on the job card. Stack up tickets to enter our Valorant tournaments—the more tickets you earn, the more tournaments you can join.

Go to the Tournaments section in your dashboard. Browse upcoming Valorant tournaments and click "Join" to spend your tickets and secure a spot. You will need to provide your Riot ID during registration and use Discord for tournament coordination.

Compete in Valorant tournaments and place in the top spots. The admin credits winnings directly to your cash balance. Withdraw your cash balance to your PayPal account anytime (minimum $5).

Each job specifies the required proof (screenshots, text, or both). Follow the instructions carefully and make sure your proof clearly shows that you completed the task.

Admin reviews submitted proofs as soon as possible. Review times may vary, but you can check your submission status in the My Jobs section.

Yes, if the job is still open and you haven't submitted proof, you can cancel it from your My Jobs section. This frees up the slot for other users.

After a Valorant tournament concludes, the admin reviews the results and updates placements and prizes in the Registered Tournaments section. Winnings are automatically credited to your GamerBig balance.

Yes, Discord is used for tournament coordination and check-in. You will need to join our Discord server and provide your Discord username when registering for tournaments. Important updates and notifications are sent through Discord.

Accounts may be blocked if there is suspicious activity or a violation of terms. If you believe this is a mistake, contact us through the messages feature in your dashboard.

Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is $5. Winnings are paid out directly to your PayPal account. Withdrawals are typically processed on the 25th of each month.
